How is my order packed for shipping?

All injectable steroids are bubble wrap. It is discretely package and labelled with zero indication of the products inside to maintain privacy.

How long will delivery take?

All orders are shipped same day or next business day upon recieving payment. Every Steroids order we ship will come with a tracking number which you will recieve in your email. If you haven’t receive your tracking please cheak your spam or junk folder first before contacting us. Delivery standards apply to items sent between most major urban centres and are estimated online. Actual deliver times depend on origin, destination, weather conditions and other factors.

Help! My package didn’t arrive on the expected delivery date?

We ship orders promptly but sometimes there are delays with our courier. If you do not receive your order 2 days after expected delivery date, email us (Newportcontact@gmail.com) and we will file a trace with Canada post. If a trace is filed, Canada post will conduct an investigation( which can take 5 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will reimburse the orders. This reimbursement will only be offered once in your accounts lifetime- we ship all order with signature required upon delivers. If you wish not to do so please provide no signature required on your note when cheaking out of your order. If no signature is required and the parcel is lost we hold no reliability.

Why has Canada post not updated my tracking information?

If you’re tracking your package on Canada Post website and it has not updated in awhile, it’s most likely due to your package missing a scan, which is fairly common. (The package is scanned at various points in its trip to your destination). More often than not, you will get your package on time or a day later. If you do not receive it 2 days after your expected date, let us know so we can file a trace with the post office.

My package is going to the wrong destination?   

If your tracking your package on the Canada Post website and it looks like it’s heading to the wrong city, it’s most likely due to human error at Canada Post. Human errors happen on occasion as the postal employee has to manualy enter each postal code in the systemand if they are off by a digit/letter, it can cause a routing error and subsequently delayof 1-2 days.  

Which payment methods are accepted on Newport pharma steroids Canada?

I’ve sent payment, what’s next?

Etransfer can take up to 30 minutes to reach our payment email. Once payment has been collected you will recieve an email notify you that your order is being process. Once your order is shipped, you will recieve another email with a tracking number. On your tracking email you can click track and it will automatically track your parcel for you.

How do I send an Interac E-transfer?

How much time do I have to submit payment for my Newport Steroids order?

Once you submit your order, we will email you a receipt with payment instructions to pay. If payment has not been received with in 10 business days, your order will be cancelled and you will have to resubmit the orders.

Is there a minimum and maximum order amount?

There is no minimum or maximum order. Order under $385 will be charge a shipping fee and any order made over $385 will be free  xpress post shipping. We do offer bulk discount on our steroids product page.

How can I add, edit or cancel my order?

If you want to add to or edit your order, please create a new order and email us (newportcontact@gmail.com) to cancel your original order.

When will my order be  ship?

When we recieve your order and payment has been receied via Interac E-transfer your order will go out same or next business day. Please note that it can take 30min for payment to reach our email.

A product is missing from my package? 

All orders and products details are tracked in our database, any confirmed missing products will be  shipped out the following business day.
